Nick Sweat hands out the last of over 30 bikes which were either bought by Roberta Bryant or donated to several Eagle Projects and then refurbished by St. George area scout troups. This gift is a favorite of our volunteers, to see the look on these kids' faces when they get a good quality bike, with all the tires pumped up and the chains and gears and brakes all working. Unfortunately, many kids we had to turn away. We could easily give a hundred bikes away each time we go down to the rez. This has been a good scout project and the scouts who were involved should feel very proud of what they have accomplished.
